Emma McIndoe manages not one, but two of their family businesses, AA Recycling Pty Ltd and Pick-A-Part — an Auto & Metal Recycling business founded by her parents in 1986. Growing up, Emma used to play and spend her time in their factory, that is when she started to get immersed in their business. Prior to joining the Automotive Industry, Emma used to work in the Financial Services Industry for over 20 years. Now, Emma is using the skills she learned from her past roles in growing their family business. Emma McIndoe is also the first female in Victorian Automobile Chamber of Commerce (VACC) Auto Dismantling Recyclers Division Executive committee.
