Currently, Jill is the Vice President of Industry and Sales at Repair Pal—the largest auto repair consumer website. In 2017, she was awarded the “Woman of Excellence” Award by Women in Auto Care for which she also serves as a board member. Join us as Jill gives us advice on how to get equal pay if your confronted with a gender-based discrepancy at your job.
